New Glow Hotel Miri Previously Known As Citi Hotel, Miri

I really enjoyed my stay at Citi Hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. Although toiletries weren't provided, it wasn't a big issue for me as I prefer to bring my own. Overall, the room features were satisfactory.

The bathroom in room 302 had dim lighting which could be improved for better visibility. It would make the experience much more pleasant. Despite this small issue, I found the space clean and well-kept overall.

While I did notice that there were no toiletries provided, I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the dining area. More variety in meal options could enhance the dining experience for guests.

The media facilities in the hotel were convenient, although I didn't get to use them much. The ambiance was suitable for relaxation, and I appreciated having options for entertainment during my stay.
